The ladies at the front desk are only disguised as sweet old ladies. They're actually pretty rude and condescending. Makes my whole trip to this amazing hospital very frustrating and anxiety ridden.

I have always had the best care here. They treated me and my family like one of there own. I highly recommend this hospital. The surgical staff is amazing.

This is the WORST hospital around. My brother went in for his arm hurting so bad he was crying and they stereotyped him cause he had tattoos and basically said he was a drug abuser. Take some Ibuprofen and excise it. Haha such a joke. After 4 weeks of horrible pain he went to riverside where they performed a MRI finding out his arm was broke and he was bleeding inside. My brother could of died. This hospital is TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Employees do not care about you, and are rude every chance you speak to any one of them. The food is terrible. The ER is just as bad, if not worse, than the rest of the place. The phlebotomist had difficulties finding a vein and poked me 7 different times. (Went to Doctors West 2 days later and they got it right the first time).

My boyfriend was referred to Madison Health due to a workplace injury at FedEx freight.

Our son was overheating in the "recovery suite" after birth. He almost died of SIDS and would not eat because they lack the proper climate control. They put a box fan in the doorway to help but it did no good.

They are not worth your time or money. Save yourself a trip and go to a real facility.

Long story short after 3 ER visits and a follow up visit with Occupational Health and their doctors he was told to go home, exercise his arm, take ibuprofen, ice and heat. They told him they could not do an MRI due to Workers Comp. Well here I sit at Riverside Hospital (we should have came here in the FIRST PLACE!!!!) and the doctor came running in and said the MRI that he ordered showed his arm is broke and the swollen part (they said was a inflamed rotator cuff) is actually blood leaking. AWESOME JOB MADISON HEALTH he could have ended up dead!!!! THANK YOU WHOLE HEARTEDLY TO RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL FOR TAKING HIS PAIN INTO CONSIDERATION!!!! You may have saved his life!

They call it a "band-aid" hospital for a reason.

Not only do they lack competent, friendly staff, but they also lack the diagnostic equipment needed for a vast majority of issues.
